Wine laws in Alsace, France allow for the use of many different grapes in a bottle labelled Pinot Blanc. Winemaker Christophe Erhart talks from Biodynamic estate Josmeyer talks to askawinemaker about his “Cuvee des Printemps” which is labeled Pinot Blanc but actually contains 80% Pinot Auxerrois.
